Ann is old friend of the Society, having spoken to us on several occasions, drawing on her own life experiences as well as her literary interests.
Ann’s career in the entertainment industry as actress, television and radio presenter, spans over thirty years. But she is best known as a narrator of audio books. She has now recorded over 300 books and her gift for character voices and dialects means that she is often first choice for authors having their work recorded.
Her talks to the Society bring these talents into play and it is always a pleasure to listen to her. We hope to invite her back to speak in the future.
